And more recently, there's been discussion about activating our National Guard to quell public reaction to his Party's dictatorship. Actually, calling on the Public Sector Unions would accomplish the same result, and Obama has already shown his support for them in the Wisconsin demonstrations, and told them to "get in their faces". They would all take their commands from the same source, and have the same authority bestowed on them. The Public Sector Unions could be a tool to inflame more civil unrest to justify a National Guard response.
Even though I am not a survivor of Communism or any communist country, I knew Obama was a dictator when I first heard him speak. He intends to take America into a communist type of government through the ignorance and complicity of the Democrat Party and the Radical Liberals that have been infiltrating Our Government for the last 60 years.
California is an exemplary model of the future of America if the Radical Liberals get their wish. The state has more parasites living off of the states welfare programs than any other state in the Union. They are reinforcing the parasitic mindset through their soft enforcement of immigration laws and criminal prosecution.
There have been some positive results in elections since the fall of 2010, but, these results can be erased by the Commander In Chief through more of his unilateral action and decrees. It would not be the first time he has taken action above and beyond his authority, or contrary to his Oath of Office.

OBAMA: NATION SLAYER.

Let us examine the travesty which is being forced upon the American Citizen, known as ObamaCare, in some detail.
This legislation has the effect of taking over one of the largest and most critical industries in the world today known as "healthcare".
This legislation bases it's legitimacy to tax every American Citizen from birth, on the fact that, at some point in every Citizens life, healthcare will be needed and used.
If the establishment of ObamaCare is completed, it will be the most successful seizure of any industry by a government entity in the history of mankind.
ObamaCare would establish the entire healthcare industry as a U.S. Government Agency, empowered with the administration of health care to every person within the borders of the United States. But, although every citizen would be required to pay into the Health Care Fund, ANYONE within the borders of the United States would be granted health care whether they are Citizens or not.
ObamaCare establishes the American Citizen as the only provider of funds for the Plan. This means the American Citizen is "taxed" for this Plan from birth, throughout their entire lives, whether they use it or not. Any "Head of Household" would be taxed for themselves and all dependents for administration of the ObamaCare program.
ObamaCare also requires all medical establishments to provide health care to any individual within U.S. borders whether they are a citizen or not. In other words; When you get medical attention any where in the U.S., you would not be required to submit any proof of Citizenship to show you have paid your ObamaCare Taxes. All healthcare would be administered as if you had the same health care insurance as any Citizen.
It can be easily seen what a disaster this will be to the entire health care industry.
Under ObamaCare, one day you have to provide proof of insurance to your doctor and pay a "deductible" or "co-pay" for medical attention, and the next day you are covered for any medical or dental care desired or needed, based on the fact that ObamaCare has taken over the entire medical industry, and commands that every person gets the healthcare they desire.
So, does this mean that you can get any health care or dental care you want? Absolutely not.
Since ALL healthcare is provided on a first come first served basis, you will have to be put on a waiting list for your required or elective treatment. Additionally, whatever treatment you receive will be regulated by the ObamaCare Administration Agency, because the cost of many procedures will prohibit the use of many procedures from being fully implemented. This means you may only get a portion of many procedures you may require, rather than the complete procedure.
The ObamaCare Administration Agency shall decide which medical procedures shall be used in any given situation, and under what conditions.
This means you might have to wait in line at a specified clinic for an appendectomy. Not all medical facilities would be permitted to perform appendectomies, and each of these facilities would be only permitted to perform so many appendectomies per month. They would only be paid for "X" amount of appendectomies per month, and the rest they would have to perform at their own expense.

The ObamaCare Administration Agency would also determine if anyone was unable to pay, and was exempt from, the ObamaCare Tax.
Yes. Many Citizens would be exempt from paying the ObamaCare Tax based on inability to work, unavailability of work, disabilities, shortages in goods and services, and work stoppages. Many citizens would be exempt for life. Many would be exempt based on an income scale. And all non-citizens would be administered the exact same care as any Citizen, since anyone showing up at an emergency room or clinic gets the exact same treatment.
This means that health care shall be required to be administered to anyone, on an equal basis, regardless of ability to pay. You may not get the complete treatment required to eliminate the injury or disease, but you shall get the basic treatment permitted by the ObamaCare Administration Agency.
It is easy to see that, once ObamaCare is fully established, anyone coming into the United States, legal or otherwise, can get health care without the burden of being required to pay for any of it. ObamaCare will require all medical facilities to open their doors to every single person that requires or desires any medical attention.
It is easy to see that any student that chooses a medical profession, and wants to be paid a decent wage for their medical knowledge, ability, and training, will not find themselves getting adequate compensation for their professional abilities, but will be subjects and employees of the ObamaCare Administration Agency. Also, medical equipment manufacturers will be regulated as to which equipment they may manufacture, and in what quantity.

The establishment of the ObamaCare Administration Agency will be enacting a Democrat Autocracy the size of which, would equate to the entire nation of the United States. The "Agency" will require a manpower the size of the U.S. military to administer, and all medical personnel would be conscripted by the U.S. ObamaCare Administration Agency.

As Obama has said many times before; He wants to "fundamentally change" the United States of America, and this would make the United States the health care administration to the entire hemisphere. Which only certain "eligible Citizens" would be required to pay for.

OBAMA THE GANGSTER.

Early in Obama's Chicago life, he approached a radical American Terrorist group that had already tried to bomb the Pentagon, known as the Weather Undergorund. He wanted to join their organization. So, they said, if he could go out and blow up a car, he'd be readily accepted into the clan.
He returned a few days later with blisters on his lips from a hot tailpipe. And the Weather Underground decided they had better things for this imbecile, so they got him into politics.
He's been a useful tool ever since.

WHO'S REALLY IN CHARGE?

Examining the photo of the "situation room" where Obama was sitting watching the event with his closest advisors and military, shows me that Obama was not in charge of this operation. He was a by-stander, since the military demanded their teams conduct the OP with their final conclusion to put the task to rest, once and for all.
After the time and expense put into chasing Bin Laden around the planet for ten years, and listening to him post audio's and videos of how he was going to command his mujahideen to create terror throughout the world, someone had the balls to call this time to be the last time they would come in contact with Bin Laden and let him escape for any reason.
And I'm also reassured in my theory, that this was the case, since Obama has done such a backward side step to appease the muslim world.
They handled Bin Ladens body with muslim customs, but, they're not sure THIS didn't offend the muslims.
And they're afraid that photo's of his dead body will offend muslims.
They can't make up their minds on exactly what will offend the muslims. but, they'll still do something stupid, anything, that they think will appease the muslims, without actually consulting any muslim leaders about what and what not to do about this situation.
Everything since the burial has been Obama's call. And it shows, since, there's been nothing but backtracking statements, conflicting testimony, and confusion about what policy to actuate, in order to show the maximun appeasement possible.
Obama has deep feelings and affection for muslims, and it is showing in his attempts to appease them with every action.
Appeasement will never work. It never has. But, the smartest President ever elected will not give up hope that HE has the POWER to convince muslims that centuries of murder, mayhem, and sacrifice, were not needed in order to live in peace with American infidels.
As if no one has ever thought of this tactic before!
Obama most assuredly has a personality disorder, thinking he has the power to interfere in the centuries old traditions of Islamic aggression.

AMERICA: JEWISH MOTHER TO THE WORLD.

This game the U.S. government and socialist media of the United States has been playing, is only resulting in the confusion of the intellectually challenged subjects that have been victimized by the U.S. education system for the last 5 decades.
My children had to attend public school indoctrination, but thankfully, my influence has given them enlightenment into the real world.
Being a product of private school myself, I am fully aware of the pathetic situation the U.S public education system has deteriorated into.
The students attending and graduating today, are more confused from their 'education' than they would be if they were left to their own method of enlightenment, and not forced to attend any 'indoctrination facility' sponsored by the federal or state governments.
Even the educators themselves, have been in this system long enough to inflict upon themselves the autonomic brainwashing techniques they employ on our children. The confusion emanating from our education establishments and our government and media, is exacting it's toll on the populace, and being looked upon by factions like the muslims, with great delight. For, while the United States wrings its hands over whether to publish a photo of a corpse of one of the most notorious terrorist architects of modern history, and is discussing whether there will be a "backlash" to the capture and killing of this renowned terror master, the muslim world is carrying on its everyday prayers and planning of bombing, pillaging, murdering, and brutalizing every infidel on the face of the earth, as if this event had never happened.
These proficient retards are getting extensive mileage out of the confusion they are publishing, while the rest of the world goes about its daily routine ignoring the dissonance of the American Infidels and their foolish rhetoric.
This complete lack of leadership, decision making, and self flagellation over what terms to use when reporting what is now being labelled as "news", is having it's effect on the populace. But, it is comforting to find articles and blogs by the few educated authors that have no fear of calling a "an omnivorous domesticated hoofed mammal with sparse bristly hair and a flat snout", the pig it really is.

Unfortunately, there is WWIII looming on the horizon. And what better theater than the Middle East. The Democrat Socialist Party and media of the United States is salivating at this possibility, to hawk their expertise at misinformation and disinformation, and will supply photographic evidence of atrocities, although staged by the muslim mujahideen. "There's cash in them thar wars!"
Nowhere will you be able to determine what is an unarmed civilian, trying to stay out of any conflict, from the armed, fully trained and suicidal, muslim mercenary. (Actually, the mercenary will have more women and children in the immediate area, some wearing explosive vests. A day care center, school or hospital will also be close by.)
While Japan is distracted by past and continuing disasters, the United States has a president that leaves town when the heat starts building up, in the same fashion that Democrat legislators in outlying States, go AWOL when hard decisions have come to the final vote.
The United States has turned it's own allies against itself by showing, not only disrespect, but confusion and lack of leadership, with the most picayune domestic 'crises'. The battle between the Parties in Congress over a domestic budget, complete with a threatened "government shut down", and continued cash flow problems, is known by the smallest countries of the world.
Obama has been telling anyone whom would listen, for more than four years, that America would not be up to the level of leadership it has established in the world, since he knows his own immature capacity for leadership and lack of, or even desire for, executive decisions.
What better time for an oppressive, dictatorial regime to press ahead with their desire to eliminate a perceived rival religious sect, and dominate an area of the planet with their suicidal, parasitic, self destructing society?

OBAMA'S H.M.F.I.C.C. NOW; GET USED TO IT.

Obama's execution of his "Presidential, Commander in Chief of the Armed Forces of the United States" duties, from Rio De Janiero, while on vacation, plainly shows he intends to "wing it" as President of the United States.
Too many people in the U.S., knew this would happen, with this petulant juvenile, years before he was inaugurated, based on his prior performance as Senator from the state of Illinois.
This plainly clarifies that Obama does not know, or care, anything about his Constitutional duties, his duties to Congress, or his responsibility in instructing the U.S. Military, much less intending to honor his pledged obligations to the American People.
Obama is so callous as to his duties as Commander in Chief, Chief Executive, and arbitrator in Foreign Relations, he takes popular opinion more seriously than any legal constraints.
Someone would think, that, by now, Obama would know better than to just take a shot in the dark, temper his hubris, and seek wise counsel within his own ‘administration’.
But, this emphasizes Obama's display of unimportance toward his ‘administration’, (apparently doesn’t think there is any wise counsel within his ‘administration”), and is relying on his own immature judgement to execute the duties of President of the United States as he sees fit.
The Middle East unrest is being carried out because Obama's United States has emerged as a pinnacle of "Democracy" in the free world?
Only in the wildest, liberal, wet dreams.
Obama is HMFICC now. Bow to him.

BUTTWIPE IN CHIEF.

The United States Constitution, and our Forefathers, never envisioned the citizens of the United States placing such a buttwipe in the highest office in our country.
Even as accomplished a buttwipe as he is, he cannot clean up this mess.
The Forefathers had a good sense for the intelligence and character of the people of the United States at the time, but, they never could foresee the deterioration of America in the fashion it has been proceeding.
It doesn't look there are enough GOOD PEOPLE left that can change this direction.
This will result in a "New World Order", alright. But, the average person will be enslaved again, by their oppressive government.
Could the United States Government evolve into the most oppressive government in history?
I think they have a running start.

AMERICAS ENEMIES OF YESTERDAY, OUR ALLIES TODAY. WHAT TOMORROW?

As is being described by U.S. Military Generals, the forces we are allying with are some of the same forces we have been fighting in Afghanistan.
It should not be news to any American, that the Taliban and Al Qaeda, are masters of filling a leadership vacuum, and creating a militant theocracy to control the country and it's people.
And they make a formidable enemy. Witness the havoc inflicted on the Russian troops that engaged them for 10 years. And in October, 2011, it shall be 10 years of U.S. engagement in Afghanistan.
All this resistance has come from a clan that has no affiliation with any certain Country to give it support in manpower or materials.
The fundamental policy of the United States to establish peace and create stability, cannot be abandoned, or compromised. The American Forefathers were well aware of the price of establishing and maintaining peace and stability, and the expense shall never be anything resembling a bargain.
The current administrations conduct, is displaying ambivalence to this basic tenet, and all countries and world leaders are taking note of this behavior.
With the organized turmoil taking place in several countries across the Middle East, and no discernable leadership or individuals to deliberate with whom would describe the objectives of their movement, it looks extremely foolish to involve any countries manpower and military resources to enable their hollow triumph.
Americas former wars were fought with Countries and established Governments, that could be well defined. Once these wars concluded, America engaged in massive assistance to help rebuild infrastructure and establish commerce within these countries. This policy will become a certain combat victory for the 'rebel forces' we are now assisting.
With the most incompetent, irresponsible, and ill prepared individual, and 'administration', in power, to ever 'lead' our Nation into any conflict, the world is much less safe, and a much more treacherous place for all it's inhabitants.

OBAMA'S DEMORALIZING POLICY.

I was very disturbed, earlier today, about a comment I read posted by an Iraq and Afghanistan vet about the status of men, and 'manhood', in the United States.
The article was about a book some woman wrote where she claimed there were no good men anymore. And the promise of any men showing up in the near future looked very grim.
Well, I have sympathy for her; But, much more sympathy for the vet in Afghanistan.
He is extremely disturbed, that he's putting his life on the line for misfits like her. And neither of them is in a group of their own. Many members consider themselves in one group or the other. Not me.
I have an excellent relationship that has lasted for 20 years with a lady that has many of my likes and dislikes. It took me three marriages, and her one, to find the best fit for a lasting mate.
But, let me cut to the chase.
What's happening, in America, is the systematic demoralization of whomever can be victimized by our highest level of government.
Personally, I have been preaching this would happen for years. My prior articles illustrate this fact.
Our government is mandating what public schools can teach, and it's demoralizing to all students to have to be subject to these "standards" that teach nothing but obligations to a 'government mandate' that has been prescribed by the federal and state authority.
Personally, I had a private school education, and have been exposed to public school standards, and there is no comparison between the quality of education.
But, with the outright rebellion taking place in Washington D.C. against the very fabric of American pride and prosperity, the damage is fomenting deep seated resentment and anxiety. When you have the President of the United States negotiating with labor unions to break the back of a State government, I don't have to tell you there is insurrection, at the top. And when the administrators of our most clandestine security operations, admit they get their intelligence from television, we're at a critical breaking point. We have a regime in Washington D.C. that is incompetent in all aspects of government, except insurrection. That is where it's only skills lie. They have no experience solving problems; Only creating them. And when one created crisis gets out of hand, they create another "crisis" diversion, if there hasn't been a significant global event to take the credit.
It is blatantly obvious to anyone paying attention, that when we have massive national disasters, (the earthquake in New Zealand), large areas of the Middle East in turmoil, American Missionaries slaughtered by pirates, renegade world leaders threatening nuclear attacks, and massive demonstrations at home, America needs some kind of leadership. Not timid politicians who know nothing but how to create more distractions.
And I'm at an age where I'm limited as to what I can do about this dilemma, except point out how the current situation can only be remedied by the best among us.
It's going to take some very active observation, translation, and dissemination to get the truth published, but, I'm going to do my part.

LOOSE LIPS, SINKS SHIPS.

The current Liberal/Left dialog about the causes of a shooting rampage in Tucson Arizona, is the most dangerous to the American public. It's completely irresponsible and reckless. These are the precise people who cannot be trusted in any emergency situation, because they think SOMEONE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR TAKING CARE OF THEM.
Sheriff Dupnik is running interference to cover his own dereliction of duty. Loughner has a known history with Dupnik's department as a mentally unstable man.
In the confusing situation at the scene of this crime, anyone brandishing a firearm could have been mistaken for the perpetrator, and been shot simply for having a weapon in plain sight.
Conceal/carry individuals have to be "on duty" and constantly vigilant as to their surroundings. The one man at this scene who had a concealed weapon, was visibly shaken, and unsure of drawing his own gun. It was ultimately, a good decision. He was still capable of disabling the threat, without using his own weapon.
People using the vitriol that keeps them on radio and TV about the most impossible causes of this tragedy, are the very people that should be profiled for lack of responsible behavior when it comes to protecting anyone. Either they are plainly incompetent, or are covering up for their guilt of an irresponsible deed in their past.
Strange, that people in America do not want to believe in God, but have faith in some idea less tangible.
Can Obama bring us together? (snort).

OBAMA'S END RUN AROUND THE CONGRESS.

The Obama agenda is almost complete; This Congress of confessed/convicted felons, is using the czars and their agencies to execute their communist agenda against We The People. That's their total agenda; End run around the Constitution with Obama's signature, and his Democrat/socialist media to endorse and publicize it.
At this point, Congress is on it's last legs, because Obama will soon have the power to control his czars as he wishes. And to hell with the useful fools in Congress.
The 'stupids' in Congress have assisted in their own execution. The Czars Obama has appointed can eliminate Congress, if they want. They are only approved by Obama, and the dummies in Congress have 'mindlessly' affixed their signature of approval.
Little did they know, they are signing their own death warrants. After Obama appoints enough 'czars', he won't need anything like a 'Congress' or much less a 'Constitution', for the execution of his communist agenda. And Congress is so accustomed to raping each other every day, they'll enjoy being screwed out of their power, until they really find out what really happened to them.

Scanning the comments of nationalized health care articles, reveals people are now more accepting of some kind of government ('national') regulation of our health care system. They are saying our system (actually Health Care Industry) is broken.
That is scary.
If they think the health care system (business) in the U.S. is 'broken' now, What do they think of Medicare and Medicaid, which is federally mandated and managed health care? Is this a successful business model? That's so ridiculous I have to laugh out loud.
Please suggest any government business model that is successful!
If it is not clear to ANYONE by now, that this REGIME in Washington D.C. intends to concentrate it's power by regulating everything that breathes and moves, (which means TAXING; which means redirecting part of every dollar that comes in contact with YOU), then you have never learned that water is wet and fire is hot.
Just reading about the so called 'Lame Duck Congress' tells you that we have the most radical individuals in the United States Congress in American History. And, they are not, in any fashion, working in the interest of the citizens of America. Their power seems unlimited by any laws we now have. If any legislation needs to be passed, it is further detailed specification of the limits of power, and intent of The Constitution, for Congress.

Unless history lessons start being 'tweeted' to ignorant people like the examples named in this article, do not expect anything to change.
History means nothing to them; They can't read nor comprehend what history was about; And unless the names of the people and places in history, are given the encrypted language used for texting and tweeting, they'll never be able to pronounce them.
High school could be conducted by 'tweeting' lessons and lectures, and get more attentive participation. This could save billions of expenditures for school crossing guards, busses, lunches, classrooms, school security, etc. And home work would be enjoyable!
But, teachers and lecturers would need to learn the 'texting' language to be able to communicate effectively with their students. And I'm sure Teachers Unions would balk at any 'education' for their members.
Since testing is the preferred method of determining student achievement, testing could be conducted, periodically, at the nearest community center. No change to achievement standards needed.
It would not be that different from TV classes held in auditoriums like was started when I was in high school.
I'll have to jot down this idea and present it to the local school board. I know it'll be good for a laugh, at least. But, you never know.

THE END OF NPR (hopefully).

NPR has been an active arm of the Democrat Party for decades. And their tax exempt status has garnered them many liberal contributors, and is fraudulent.
But their firing of one of the stars of NPR, will backfire on them, and bring many 'reasonable' NPR members to realize how biased and lopsided they are.
Juan Williams was hired by NPR as a 'news analyst'. And his analysis of the suspicion fliers feel when they see muslim passengers in full traditional garb is completely accurate.
With their tradition of praying five times a day, calling on Allah during a long flight is highly probable. And when they are calling on Allah, how can you tell if they are NOT trying to commit suicide, and take out all surrounding 'infidels' with them?
Williams was fired for doing his job TOO well. Many years ago, I could see Williams playing the adversary at FOX, and looking clueless in the face of bold facts that said he was wrong. Juan has seen the truth, and has started to recognize and acknowledge it when it confronts him. Juan is becoming a leader in the black community, with a realistic and well grounded view of American life today.
Juan shall continue in his maturation, as a good 'news analyst', and become well respected by his peers for his role in bridging the ignorance gap between liberals and conservatism.

OBAMA'S INCESSANT PETULANCE.

One thing I've noticed about Obama is his total lack of reverence for anything. And this includes anyone of greatness, or any great idea of anyone else, but himself.
It's quite apparent he does not hold much of anything or anyone in high esteem. He does not go to church any more; He does not come to the rescue of any of his close associates or friends; It appears that he really has no friends.
He is a complete disaster for the first black (half black) man to be elected to the Presidency. He has no great vision for himself or the Country in which he is the Commander in Chief. He is more like a poster boy for the Equal Opportunity Legislation implemented years ago, and allowed to degenerate into the 'bash whitey' Clubs they have become today.
And yet Obama bashes the very country and system that enabled him to come from the ill-bred background he has come from, and succeed to the level he has acquired today!
This is the height of impudence and petulance.
How can anyone expect anything of greatness from such a poor man?

People are constantly bickering about 'Obamunism' and it's true roots. It's communism, pure and simple, only with a new name; 'OBAMUNISM' is precisely what it is. Does anyone doubt the legacy he wants to leave the United States with?
I'll spare you the boring details of the mirage of wealth redistribution taking place, and the efforts to implement more of it, by Obama, on a daily basis.
Look at it this way; The Democrat Party, and Obama, are severely mistreating their electorate, and using their constituents as pawns in class warfare, by short sighted legislation, such as the 'Equal Housing' statutes.
Simply put, they are requiring somebody with money, to lend money to anyone, without verifying that they have a job, or any skills to get a job. AND, they are telling the lenders that they are not allowed to investigate the borrowers background to determine if they are a good credit risk. These poor borrowers are charged maximum interest rates on their loans, also.
That is the same as requiring all U.S. Citizens to buy stocks on Wall Street, and not check the status of the company selling the stocks.
The real problem is, the Democrat Party knew that these plans would fail. And when they failed, they would shift the blame to the lenders, whom are regulated from even speaking about the travesty forced upon them. And the borrowers are so far in debt, that they fail to see how they are being used.
This is the ultimate plan of 'class warfare' described under the definition of 'communism'.
Under 'Obamaunism', this class warfare is even given more definition by stirring up ethnic warfare.
And you will be given a good demonstration of this intended warfare, during the next election cycle.
I hope I'm here to witness the collapse of 'Obamunism', as communism collapsed in Europe, due to the failure of communism to live up to it's promised financial rewards for the 'people'. A recent, and continuing bit of 'Obamunism' legislation, is the 'stimulus' (or whatever it has been renamed). It was pushed through as fast as possible to hide the fact that it would be used at the discretion of the Democrat Party as their war chest. We should have stuck with "You are either with us or against us," after 9/11.
History shows Islam cannot be negotiated with.
First of all, they have no center of leadership. They never had one for Islam as a whole. No seat of religion or government that could be dealt with. The Ottoman Empire was the closest they ever came to any semblance of a center of government, and consider how they have carried on their battle against all other societies on the planet, that do not submit to them, since this time. Even when, at their pinnacle, when they spanned the entire continents of Europe and Asia, there was no central seat. Today there is Al Qaeda (The Base); But find it on a map.
Second, coming to some kind of peaceful agreement with any faction of Islam, means that faction has turned against allah, and Quranic tenets, and is treated as an internal enemy and traitor against all other factions.
You can whack one faction into submission, but the other factions go about their daily lives in their mosques, deliberately intent on finding weaknesses in the conquerers, and live to engage the conquerers in battle, until the end of days.
Today there is no Muhammad to bring to a bargaining table, who can speak for his 'nation', and accept any peace agreement of any kind.
The closest thing they have is a caliph, and no one can agree on who the caliph should be.

Who would have thought we would ever have a president that would ignore and even trash the Constitution; Use the Department of Justice and the Supreme Court for implementing his own agenda in trashing the Constitution; Use the race organizations to foment racial strife; Use his wife to foment racial hatred; Intentionally slight our allies and cower to our enemies to undermine the stature of the United States in the free world; Engage in criminal activity and appoint criminals to his administration to implement his agenda; Implement 'legislation' that threatens the life blood of the United States' business and investing.
This is a tragedy that Greece never thought would occur in such a huge porportion.
Obama is unique; Unique in the sense that he is worse than anyone could have ever imagined would occupy the White House and cause so much damage to the very country that gave him the opportunity to become what he has become.
His sycophant media cannot possibly cover up this travesty, and he shall live in infamy in history, no matter what the outcome from his failed attempts to organize America in his vision.

Beaches, marshes, animals, birds and fish, encrusted with crude oil are more visuals to heighten the outrage at the oil companies, and justify the 'administrations' demands for 'funding', as if there were no insurance or other resources to support these operations.
The daily actions of the federal government, and it's agencies, have been to delay, impede, and thwart all attempts to establish containment of the secreting crude by the impacted States, citizens, contractors, and volunteers, attempting to employ proven oil spill recovery methods.
And what better evidence is there than Barracky boys delay at his first response, and refusal to suspend the 'Jones Act'?

The Reconciliation Process was enacted to address budgetary legislation.
So, apparently, the Democrat Party, Obama, Pelosi, and Reid, plan on legislation that amends current Federal Healthcare Legislation in order to use "reconciliation" in the fashion it was intended to address budgetary legislation.
Needless to say, these people intend to twist the "reconciliation process" enough to apply to their desired legislation.
Any other application is illegal and unconstitutional. But, as we already know, illegal or unconstitutional doesn't mean crap to these people.
The Republican Party is going to be overwhelmed with indicting and investigating these criminals for years. No wonder the Republican Administrations don't get much meaningful legislation passed during their tenure.

There is a case to be made that the steady drumbeat of hyped-up threats — SUV’s that roll over, kitchen-counter bacteria, road rage, swine flu, amber alerts and the stations’ willingness to enlist governments and institutions to solve those “perceived” problems, actually drives a lot of bad and unnecessary public policy.

But it’s a formula that has worked as a cash cow for your local TV station. It is no accident that most local TV stations market themselves with nanny-state slogans: “Channel 2: Working for you!” or “ABC 6: On your side!” You might say those slogans are a subtler version of, “NBC 5: Making your boo-boos all better!”

How did it get that way? Let me use one common story in local TV news as an example of the larger problem. Last month local TV newsrooms across the country, mine included, did dozens of stories about breast cancer. Dozens of them. It was after all, breast-cancer awareness month, and we, pardon the pun, milked it for all it was worth. In the words of another writer, our newscasts were all packaged in a “tight pink ribbon.” This was not an accident. Never mind the inconvenient little fact that breast cancer is not the leading killer of women — that would be heart disease. It’s not even the leading cancer killer. That would be lung cancer, followed by colorectal cancer. But why does breast cancer get coverage that is so disproportionate to its toll? Why don’t TV stations do month-long, flood-the-zone stories on, say, colon cancer? Because breast cancer is a disease tailor-made for the hype/fear factory of local TV news. In all the world’s cultures the breast has been a symbol of life and fertility. In American culture, it is a symbol of sex, too. How could your local TV station go wrong flooding the zone over this issue? Especially given the one demographic group your station desperately wants to cater to. More on that later.

It reminds me of the tidal wave of coverage of silicone breast implants controversy late in the last century. As you’ll recall, silicone breast implants (a uniquely American form of cosmetic body modification) were linked to a variety of ills, chief among them, auto-immune disorders. In a months-long media feeding frenzy, breast-implant victims were paraded before congressional hearings and press conferences, caring congressmen and compassionate trial attorneys at their side, dutiful reporters recounting their sincere stories of victimhood. Billions of dollars changed hands, law firms were enriched, legislation was passed and silicone manufacturers went bankrupt. Silicone implants were taken off the market. Thousands of people lost their jobs.

Just one small problem. The link between auto-immune disorders and silicone breast implants was ultimately disproved. That was a story you probably never saw on your local news. It didn’t fit the formula.

Here’s the formula. Highly trained Anchorman (booming authoritative, focus-group-tested voice at the ready) or better yet, Anchorwoman (compassionate voice and pouty face, furrowed brow at the ready), reads the headline, tosses to reporter. Hyperventilating reporter further frightens with victim sound bite, followed by sound bite from plaintiff attorney (”This poor victim needs to be compensated.”). Followed by politician sound bite (”I’m introducing legislation …”) followed by reporter tag, which may or may not include response from big, bad, deep-pocketed corporation. Interestingly, that last component — the response from the corporate evildoers, often becomes, in my experience, a throwaway part of many stories — something along the lines of, “The XYZ company denies any wrongdoing.” Or even, “The XYZ company was unavailable for comment at news time.”

I’ve even noted a pattern among some media-savvy trial attorneys. Often, they’ll fax or e-mail a press release of a pending lawsuit or action to newsrooms on Friday afternoons — enough time for a reporter to get a camera crew, head to the law office, get the sound bite for the evening deadline, but not enough time for the deep-pocketed corporation, with it’s multi-layered media information office, often located in a distant city, to respond before deadline time. So, the story airs, unchallenged, with the charges stewing and brewing over the weekend. The corporation is sucker-punched, feeding frenzy gains steam, politicians take note. Damage is done, forcing corporation to consider out-of-court settlement, sparing them more bad publicity, but most importantly, sparing the plaintiff attorney all of that hard work of trial preparation, but with an easy payoff .

I’ve used the example of breast implants, but the formula works for any perceived wrongdoing. And even if trial lawyers aren’t involved, victim status is — with the promise of fixing the boo-boo — “Working for you.” As one news director I worked for once said, “There are lots of things to be afraid of out there.” Indeed, cancer, household bacteria, child predators, hot weather, cold weather, tap water, electromagnetic fields, vaccinations, Chinese food, Mexican food, racism, fertilizers, homophobia, hate crimes, ad infinitum, ad nauseum.

And, who is most likely to be afraid of these threats? Well, the mainstream media machine, cynically and manipulatively, believes it’s that key demographic group, women ages 18-49. They, according to consultants and marketing executives, control the household remote and make the buying decisions. No. One. Else. Matters.

In an ultimate display of hypocritical sexism, your local liberal newsroom treats women of that coveted demographic group as if they were frightened wards of the nanny state, as if they were children incapable of weighing risk against advantage, detriment against benefit. It plies them with a daily dose of all the things one must be afraid of. And it cynically taps into those traits that evolution has bestowed women with in greater quantity than men — compassion and empathy.

Compassion and empathy were feelings that newsmen and women of a bygone era, kept a very tight rein on — lest they lose objectivity and skepticism. Skepticism in the newsroom nowadays is in short supply. It strangely gets a pass from the perky, beautiful, 20- and 30-somethings who make up the bulk of newsroom staffs. They are too often uncurious. They walk in lockstep with the liberal orthodoxy. They give a pass to questions about global warming, what Hope and Change really mean, the costs that “clean” energy would impose and an infinite number of other issues of the day.

In the story plan meetings, the old school vets with their institutional knowledge are no longer there to block the predictable cliché-ridden ideas and assumptions. Often, a creepy kind of consensus is formed through the filter of political correctness. Naysayers are branded as malcontents. Who could criticize, for example, the dull, obligatory breast-cancer awareness walk idea from the reporter who volunteered to have a mammogram on TV? Or the “Stop the Violence Rally” idea from the African-American reporter who lives in the neighborhood of last week’s murder. Or the “Take The Subway to Work Day” story, proposed by the stations “green” reporter, himself a committed environmentalist or the AIDS day story from the young openly gay reporter?

It is a very narrow row from which these young journalism sprouts have been culled. Today, many large media companies have written policies — NBC/ General Electric and Gannett to name two — whereby station managers and executives cannot be promoted unless they themselves promote minorities and women. And where do managers go to ensure their own advancement, while hiring the perfect rainbow of staffers? The NABJ. NAHJ. NLGJA. NAHJ. These are the minority journalists associations. Black, Hispanic, gay and lesbian, Native American, Asian American. And curiously, among them, objectivity seems to be secondary to their particular form of advocacy and their “progressive” mandates. Each, in furtherance of their own mission is quick to claim victim status if quotas are not met or if their ideals are not expressed through “advocacy” journalism.

Much has been written about the reception, for example, that then-candidate Obama received when speaking at the National Association of Black Journalists convention in Chicago. It was a standing ovation, and a rush to the podium, so the fawning throng could have their picture snapped with the president-to-be. His opponent, John McCain received a smattering of polite applause.

It was no surprise then, more than a year later when President Obama, appearing at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner, joked to the thousands of journalists in attendance, “Most of you covered me. All of you voted for me.” The line got a laugh … and then … in an insult to journalism, thousands in the crowd clapped and cheered, in affirmation of the truth. There was no shame for them. Quite the contrary, they reveled in it. The new mainstream media was on display for all to see in one giant, embarrassing ensemble. All of them feminized, sensitized and diversified. But it was also a perfect moment in time — thousands of nanny-state warriors, before their leader, ready to go forth to women ages 18-49 and spread the fear, and propose solutions of the state. What bad public policy may result, we have only begun to see.

Hasan is being hailed as a hero by mullahs, since he had the will to carry out his tenets.

CAN CONGRESS "MANDATE" HEALTH CARE TO THE STATES?

"Mandate", in this sense, means that this Congress shall force all states to comply with their healthcare legislation, and that not complying is a federal offense.
Congress is way outside it's authority here; The states have the right, at present, to facilitate health care coverage providers whom operate nationally, and some internationally.
This Congress and administration is forcing its "mandate" onto the states to comply with its wishes or face economic sanctions; In a word, blackmail. This Democrat Congress is using stimulus money to the states, like a drug dealer uses crack on his customers.
If Congress facilitates a "federal healthcare plan" that is optional to the states, in addition to their already existing health care providers, this would be within the federal governments Constitutional guidelines.
But, as anyone can see, this is not what Congress or the administration wants.
This legislation is an expression by Obama, to display his personal prowess in getting his way. And a display by this Democrat controlled Congress to show that they have whatever power they wish to exercise on the states, since they hold the states in debt to the federal government.
This is opposite from the way the Constitution delineates states rights.

With the vermin that infests the White House and Congress today, the only way to fix this infestation is to tent these places.
What more proof does any one need that this is what their intentions are? They've attacked ordinary citizens with their appointed lackeys, for questioning them face to face and having the news report these encounters. They're using the racial animosity to create hatred against anyone that crosses their paths, and using their authority to appoint criminals that are using federal tax money to purchase sympathetic voter blocks, unions, and individuals.

This word, INDEPENDENCE, has been around for a while, as well as it's interpretation.

Using the internet, as you are at this very moment, gives everyone a feeling of INDEPENDENCE.

And with the vastness of the internet, the user is tricking themselves by filtering the media they read, by their own values.

I am guilty of the very phenomenon I speak of, because that is what I search out.

Opinions are so shallow, today, based on this very phenomenon. People are constantly cheating themselves out of very enriching experiences.

You have to inject yourself into diversified situations, cultures, neighborhoods, and countries to experience how you truly feel, what you truly think, and how you want to react.

This means, each individual has to place themselves into the most diverse situations you are comfortable with, yet keep yourself in a personally safe situation, where you may bail yourself out, and retain your safety and self respect.

I know of this phenomenon, that is why I speak of it.

If you limit your experiences to what you pull up on your computer screen, then you are setting yourself up for some serious disappointment.

Please; Take yourself away from the computer and the internet, and get yourself some INVALUABLE FIRSTHAND EXPERIENCE.

Once you have done this, no matter how brief your encounter, you shall be refreshed, and energized to confront the discrepancies you find, and wish to engage with.

And this experience shall energize you into re-evaluating your ideals and convictions of every aspect of your life.

You have nothing to lose by this exercise, and no one but you will know that this is what your are engaged in, unless you feel it necessary to have a confidant in your journey.

PLEASE, consider this exercise for yourself, and enjoy the journey you have chosen to take; It's your life, and no one can live it for you.

Iran's Suicide Plan.

Why haven't we been hearing about suicide bombers lately? It's because the next suicide bomber is Iran strapping on a nuclear vest. It's going to take out Europe, and Israel with it's own destruction, and make all the Saudi oil fields unusable for decades. North Korea, and Pakistan will likely follow suit soon thereafter, for that section of the globe. Then Cuba and Venezuela will set off their nuclear suicide vests for this area of the planet. Meanwhile, healthcare will be free in the United States. I feel sooo secure knowing our celebrity president has the priorities sorted out.

DEFEATING "BARACK THE SPEAKER".

With the time I've had this morning, I've emailed The Copenhagen Post to tell them the murder rate in Chicago is pretty high, and commented that the ObamaScare Legislation looks like an exercise in pushing completely undesirable legislation through Congress regardless of public opinion.
This may be a rehearsal, by Congress, for how they intend to force the re-election of "Barack the Speaker" in 2012.

TO SLEEP, PERCHANCE TO DREAM;

I do disagree with the reasonable, measured, and polite method of confronting the liberals and progressives; If I go to Iraq or Afghanistan, I'm certainly not taking peanut butter sandwiches and a couple of sling shots.
This is a war between the people of the United States getting the correct, unbiased news, the main stream media that has sold its soul to the devil (or Obama, whichever is more lucrative at the moment), and a Congress that harbors its criminals and criminal activity. And these two entities are stealing funds from the very people they wish to battle. This is worse than getting mugged; At least when you are mugged, the mugger runs off after they rob you, but these perps will not go away. They are like gangs that establish themselves in your neighborhood.
We the People have not really decided to get rid of these thieves, and there will always be individuals that will succumb to their dominance and veiled threats. And some may feel the glory achieved by joining them is greater reward. Many will not be deterred from their voyage to doom; I am at a loss for an appropriate Shakespearean comment here, but I know there is one that applies. Instilling moral and mental anguish into the progressives/liberals is all but impossible.

If a missile leaves Tehran bound for Tel Aviv at 1:00, with a speed of mach 2.8, and a missile leaves a U.S. destroyer at 1:05 at a speed of mach 2.8, it will not make any difference what the distance required to travel is for the U.S. missile, because Tel Aviv will be vaporized before the U.S. missile gets launched. Then you have another missile flying around searching for something to destroy. What could go wrong? And this is giving plenty of advantage to the decision making ability of the Obama administration, which we already know isn't any where near this resolute.
Yea; Obama's mettle comforts the foolish.
What puzzles me is; Why are these people so hell bent on destroying the very establishment that enabled them to attain their current status? Are they expecting 70 virgins, or what?

This is supposed to be our first "CULTURALLY CHALLENGED" president; He's proving to be mentally challenged as well. The American Dream used to be diligence in physical and intellectual pursuits; It has morphed into parasitic subjugation.

The American Way has been to try something new and innovative; With this election, we got neither.
